Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Refunds

As a charitable trust, donations are generally considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your account was charged multiple times for the same donation due to a technical error
• Incorrect Amount: If you were charged an amount different from what you intended to donate
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made without your authorization

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with:

• Your full name
• Transaction ID or payment reference number
• Date and amount of the donation
• Reason for the refund request

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Tax Implications

If a refund is issued for a donation for which a tax receipt (80G/12A certificate) has already been provided, the tax receipt will be cancelled and you must not claim the deduction.
